The Catalog of Properties

The Catalog of Properties is an enormous brochure only created and printed once a year that incorporates every single property listed over the course of the year before and including current listings as well. Phase 1 listings ($4M or less) get 1/6th of a page, Phase 2 listings ($4M-10M) gets a half page, Premier Listings (10M or above) get a full page, and homesites just get listed, excluding the more expensive and featured homesites which get half pages. Some of its pages also incorporate items from the Amenities Brochure. I only worked on the listings portion of the Catalog of Properties which was the majority of the brochure. Not all pages of the Catalog are listed below.
